DMCA Policy
Effective date: November 5, 2026
Nutriova (nutriova.site) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can notify us about allegedly infringing content on our website, and how users can respond if their content is removed.
1. Takedown Notices
If you believe that content on Nutriova infringes your copyright, you may send us a written takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL(s) on nutriova.site where the material appears, so we can locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Send your takedown notice to: Email: contact@nutriova.site, with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”.
2. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review it and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also make a good faith effort to notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
3. Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or because of a misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Nutriova may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
Send your counter-notice to: Email: contact@nutriova.site, with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
5. False Claims
Please note that knowingly making a false claim of copyright infringement may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.
